With 8.5mm diameter, these metal drill bits feature a milled shaft and are made by high-performance, high-speed steel (HSS) manufactured to DIN 33 for longer life. Drills above 13mm (1/2") have a shank reduced to 12.7mm. For use in alloyed and unalloyed steels up to 9N/mm2 steel cast steel, grey cast-iron, spherical graphite cast iron, sintered iron, nickel, brass, etc. Precision ground twist for rapid drilling, long life and excellent concentricity. 1 Pack
